Hello, I’m Heimy Molina — The Innovative Womengineer 👋🏻

I am currently an undergraduate student of Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), majoring in Civil Engineering with a sub major of Structures, at Western Sydney University. In my 3 years of study, I have consistently achieved high marks as well as being awarded the Dean's Merit List for 2019 and 2020.

I am also a recent Engineering Cadet of QMC Group, a construction company in Bella Vista, NSW, Australia.

I was featured in Elinor Moshe’s Constructing You podcasts, in the Young Gun series (young individuals in the industry who are recognised for their excellence).

I am also a member of Women Of Wisdom (WOW), Engineers Australia, Australian Steel Institute, and a proud recipient of the Vice Chancellor's Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Performance in my university. I am a consistent Dean’s Merit List recipient. In addition to this, I am currently the Student Ambassador of Engineers Australia (NSW Chapter).

With hard work, I never cease to lose motivation in achieving excellence in my field of choosing.
