Carl Schibrowski will focus on liveability, sustainability and diversity as the newly elected President of the Property Council of Australia NSW Division. Mr Schibrowski wants "to focus on extending our diversity focus to take in the broader concept of inclusion, increase engagement between the tertiary sector and industry and deepen our work on creating collaborative places.”

Carl Schibrowski is the Head of Development for Brookfield Properties. He also has over 23 years of global experience in the industry including commercial, mixed-use and major developments. He has also held senior roles with Charter Hall, Macquarie and LendLease. 

Mr Schibrowski will see that the Property Council continues to perform a leadership role in the future and growth of the state. He said: “With a State election just around the corner and an increased focus on how Sydney and our state is growing, there has never been a more important time for the Property Council to be a thought leader in creating places that are liveable, sustainable and create economic opportunity,"
