Aaron (pronouns he/him) is the Chair of InterBuild, a volunteer network making the property and construction industry inclusive for LGBTQ+ people. He has over 30 years' experience in the Australian property sector having held senior roles in finance, general management, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions in the residential, retirement and infrastructure space.

He is passionate about ensuring that the property and construction sector is inclusive for all people –those working in the sector and those who use the assets that we create, build and manage.
