As CEO of Infrastructure Sustainability Council, Ainsley fosters partnerships to advance sustainability; enabling all  infrastructure to deliver social, cultural, environmental and economic benefits.

Ainsley has worked in an executive level at ASX listed organisations, with operational roles in the public sector. She has academic credentials in business management and environmental science.

Prior to migrating to Australia, she actively participated in social and civil infrastructure projects in Southern Africa, and specialised in local and state government decision-support tools for sustainable planning and management. Ainsley is committed to making a real impact in organisations that anchor in their core values, develop their people and support the advancement of women with leadership aspirations.
