Ceilidh’s day job is a workplace strategist and experience consultant and associate director in CBRE’s working consulting team. She is a speaker, writer, and contributor in the design and property industry, she shares insights on the future of work, workplace strategy, technology, and design through her blog, The Midnight Lunch, and contributes to CBRE’s thought leadership and various industry platforms. Ceilidh also serves as the Chair of the CoreNet Annual Conference Committee and is part of the Executive Committee, helping to shape their main annual conference focused on workplace innovation.
An enthusiastic advocate for flexible and dispersed working, Ceilidh has successfully implemented a 4-day flexible work week since 2017 while managing teams and major projects. She has led significant property and workplace strategies, interior fit-outs, and refurbishment projects across Australia, catering to teams ranging from 5 to over 1,000 employees, including base building refurbishments exceeding $40 million.
