Aside from her day-to-day role as project director, Claire is the sponsor for the Turner & Townsend New South Wales equity, diversity, and inclusion committee. In this role, she champions and supports Turner & Townsend's efforts to become a more diverse and inclusive organisation, raising awareness, celebrating diversity, and driving an inclusive environment.
