A passionate  transformation leader with 25 years of experience in business change across Asia Pacific and Europe. DJ combines Human-Centered Design with emerging technologies and AI to improve industries and change how people work. He has a strong track record of leading large-scale change programs that enhance operations, rethink business models, and improve leadership and company culture.

DJ started and expanded the EY Business Transformation team in Oceania and APAC, growing it from 10 to over 450 professionals—making it the main team for transformation in the region.

As the EY Oceania Go-To-Market Solutions Leader for Consulting, DJ oversees all the go to market EY services related to Transformation, Technology, and the Future of Work,  with a particular emphasis on AI adoption and business process optimisation. He leads market campaigns, shares insights, and provides coaching and training programs to help both clients and EY teams adapt to the AI-driven future of work.
