Grace is a passionate, results driven, high performing and experienced Mechanical and Structure Engineer with extensive experience in the Defence and Infrastructure industry. She is currently working as a Digital Insights Specialist with Select Plant Australia which is Laing O’Rourke’s specialist business and a leading construction service provider known for delivering innovative and high-quality service.

Her career started as a Mechanical Engineer in the Automotive Industry in Singapore after she has completed her Bachelor’s degree and worked in this industry for 9 years before she moves to Australia to complete her Master’s degree in the University of Technology Sydney. Soon after she has completed her studies, she has had the opportunity to work in the university and large construction organisations which enable her to gain a wide range of experience through different projects. She is dedicated to developing innovative and sustainable solutions using digital technologies to deliver complete cost effect site solutions for the construction industry.
