Mental Health Ambassador Statement: As part of Senior management I have observed that Engineers associated with design consultancy (construction Industry) mental health is not discussed. and often stress of the jobs and not able to speak up impacts not only their design capability but also their mental health. I want to be an ambassador so i can contribute and share my knowledge for the betterment of the engineers
