Helen is an experienced practitioner locally and globally across the build-to-rent, PBSA and co-living sector. She has successfully led teams on developments that created unique identities and place-making experience that enrich communities.

She’s a collaborative partner who works closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the design and construction phases, focusing on integrated material and building systems for enduring and efficient outcomes.

Helen has an open approach to design process, and enthusiasm to observe and learn from different perspectives. Her curiosity in design innovation, led to her recent project collaborations focusing on MMC in NSW. 

As a leader of the Sydney studio, she drives thought leadership, identifies opportunities for innovation, and mentors the next generation of designers to make impactful change to the construction industry.
