Henrietta joined the organisation in early 2018 with a background in project management and relationship management. She leverages her wealth of prior experience in standards development to work collaboratively with key industry stakeholders to understand their priorities. Henrietta is also responsible for developing the strategy and uncovering how standards can support sustainable growth and innovation in the building and plumbing space in Australia, with a portfolio focus on resilient and sustainable building and the decarbonisation of the built
