Ivan Tandyo is a visionary entrepreneur and founder of Navanti Holdings, a diversified investment group with over 25 subsidiaries across industries including real estate, manufacturing, services, and creative ventures. Since launching his first F&B business in Melbourne in 2003, Ivan has grown Navanti’s flagship subsidiary, Xynergy Realty, into an international real estate firm managing over 3,000 properties across multiple countries.

In 2019, he founded 11th Space Business Hub, a platform to incubate and accelerate cross-border ventures between Australia and Asia. Ivan also contributes to academia as a member of Deakin University’s CSaRO Advisory Board and a regular guest lecturer. Passionate about purpose-driven leadership, he runs NFoundation, providing mentorship and scholarships to future changemakers.
