Karyn joined Tzannes in 2018, and has more than 17 years’ experience in the architecture industry. Her role as People and Culture Lead is integral in guiding and supporting Tzannes’ strategic direction and operational goals in relation to its people practices. Karyn has a passion for mental and physical wellbeing, and enjoys supporting employees through all stages of their careers and lives. She enjoys working in, and being a key part of, the inclusive and collaborative work environment that Tzannes offers. Karyn is a key driver of the employee culture of Tzannes and is dedicated to helping create a workplace that fosters positive mental health practices and promotes employee engagement.
