Latifa Smudja is a Lead Estimator at PCL with 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Originally from Canada, she has spent the past 8 years in project management within building construction and the last 4 years specializing in solar energy within the renewable energy sector.
In 2021, she relocated to Australia and played a key role in constructing her first solar farm in West Wyalong, New South Wales. Latifa is passionate about supporting young women in the construction industry, offering mentorship and advocating for greater representation and opportunities. Her leadership and dedication highlight her commitment to a sustainable future and the development of the next generation of female leaders.
