Louise is a heavy vehicle mechanic turned life coach. She started her apprenticeship in mechanics at 15 years old. In the years to come she not only completed her apprenticeship but also represented Australia at the international Worldskills competition in 2017 place 4th in the heavy vehicle maintenance category.  

One thing that had Louise puzzled was - Where were all the other girls? This is when she moved into coaching and running workshops for tradeswomen and tradespeople so they have access to the skills they need to succeed!
