From London originally and based in Sydney for the past 10 years, Louise comes with 20+ years’ global talent acquisition and recruitment experience in Engineering, Digital/IT, Marketing and Medical.
As Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for WSP’s Rail, Maritime & Freight, Digital and Geotechnical & Tunnel businesses respectively, Louise not only possesses in-depth knowledge of current trends in both national and international employment markets, but she also has the passion and experience in helping candidates at all career stages reach their professional goals.
She is a very active member of WSP’s Diversity and Gender Balance Council, and she has spoken at and help plan events for the likes of Engineers Australia to continue to highlight the importance of Diversity, Multiculturalism, Gender Balance, and Gender Equity, both in the workplace and beyond.
Louise has also been the guest as well as the host of several podcasts – one of which she co-hosted reached Top 4 in the Australian Apple Podcast Charts in 2024.
