Statement: As a Vietnamese professional in manufacturing roll-forming machines and Light Gauge Steel systems, I aspire to be a Woman Ambassador at Sydney Build 2025 to promote diversity and innovation in construction. My goal is to inspire more women to join the industry and foster cross-cultural collaboration between Vietnam and Australia. Driving change and equality in construction is crucial because it unlocks diverse perspectives, fosters innovation, and ensures that our built environments reflect the needs of all communities. By embracing inclusivity, we can build a more sustainable and resilient future for everyone. Together, we can break barriers and create a brighter future for the next generation of builders.
