Maisara is a passionate advocate for the digital transformation of construction project management. An expert in leading digital transformation initiatives across various organisations and projects, Maisara has successfully delivered several 4D/5D/7D BIM projects on both the client and contractor sides, leveraging his practical knowledge of standards such as ISO 19650 and ISO 19116 to guide project teams and ensure seamless implementation.

In addition to his expertise in enterprise project management, Maisara has extensive experience in using data analytics to drive data-driven decisions in asset lifecycle management. He has effectively connected asset data with designed models, ensuring optimal project outcomes.

Maisara holds a Master's in Data Science, a Master's in Construction Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Project Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch.). He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (MAIPM), an Incorporated Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by PMI.
