Michael DeMaio has been designing and installing geothermal exchange systems as a professional engineer in North America and Australia for nearly 20-years. He is currently the Director of Engineering and Business Development of CWL Group. With a broad portfolio of geothermal exchange projects in areas such as such as government, luxury residential, multi-residential, commercial and aged care, GWL Group have designed and constructed more geothermal exchange heating and cooling systems than all other existing organisations in Australia combined.
