Mona is a senior registered architect with over 15 years’ experience in property development and construction, from project inception, design development, value engineering, and development approval, to construction, product positioning, marketing, and delivery.

She leads the architecture team at Coronation Property, working closely with tier one architecture practices to produce technical documentation for large-scale projects including Mason & Main in Merrylands, and Ashbury Terraces in Ashbury.  Having prepared feasibility studies for the successful acquisition of Ashmore Estate, and key sites in Erskineville, and Chatswood, Mona later led the City of Sydney Design Excellence competition process for phase two of Coronation’s major development in Erskineville,

Prior to joining Coronation in mid-2021, she delivered complex mixed-use, multi-residential projects for the Meriton Group, and has experience in commercial office, retail, healthcare, and laboratory typologies.

Holding a Master of Architecture, and Bachelor of Architecture from UNSW, Mona is an APE Assessor Standing Panel member of the NSW Architects Registration Board, a member of the 2023 UDIA Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and in 2021, was a UDIA Urban Development Committee member.
