Nick Gaudry has been in the construction industry for more than 28 years, accumulating invaluable experience and expertise in development acquisition, feasibility, design management, pre-construction and project delivery. Nick is the General Manager for the integrated property business Urban Property Group.

With a background in large scale developments for major property and construction business such as Lendlease, Richard Crookes and Probuild, Nick has for the best part of his career focused on getting the best out of people to ensure the best project outcomes are achieved from safety, quality, time and cost.

Urban Property Group has grown under Nick’s leadership with a strong mix of developments in planning and delivery as well as an expanding portfolio of assets under management. Urban are currently delivering notable projects from Wollongong, Edmondson Park, Penrith, North Strathfield, Macquarie Park and Little Bay with projects commencing this year in Parramatta and Newcastle.
