Nidhi is the Principal, Digital Design & Delivery at Mott MacDonald, and brings over 18 years of experience in establishing effective DE Framework and implementation across multiple sectors in the Construction Industry with 8 years of working as an architect. She has demonstrated strong leadership on projects by enabling collaboration and delivering high quality work for Clients. Her core focus area is developing value-driven digital competency, Fostering Collaboration, Digital data management, DE Project Management, Digital delivery, Architectural design & documentation & Project co-ordination on major infrastructure projects. The wealth of experience varies from large linear infrastructure working with TfNSW and Sydney Metro, Education (Department of Education) ,Retail ,Commercial, Aviation and High rise residential. 

Nidhi is out of the box thinker, innovator and constantly challenging the norm She enjoys exploring and evaluating new innovative Design Technologies and recommends new workflows and frameworks to maximise efficiency. She has always ensured the practice leads in the Digital Space such as AR/VR, BIM Collaboration & BIM coordination. Nidhi’s expertise extends to auditing the stakeholder’s BIM/Digital Capability and providing advice on how implementing Premium BIM workflows can act as a catalyst to efficiency.

Nidhi is an artist by heart and brings creativity and passion to whatever she does. She strongly believes in empowering other young women and is continuously working towards breaking stereotypes and building people ground up.
