Richard is an innovative leader with over a decade of experience in building services design. As the Design Manger for services and technology at Mirvac, Richard specialises in integrating innovative and sustainable solutions to deliver high performance and environmentally sustainable developments within the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
Richard is currently working on one of Mirvac’s largest projects, Harbourside Redevelopment where he is utilising his expertise to drive energy efficiency, decarbonisation and future ready infrastructure that supports long term sustainability and occupant well-being.
Richard is eager to explore how emerging technologies, modern construction method and sustainable products can shape the next generation of efficient, resilient, and eco-friendly buildings.
