Sabine Kazaka is participating in Sydney Build for the second year, bringing a company delegation from Latvia that represents the building, construction, and prefabricated home industry. Her focus at the event is showcasing Latvia’s capabilities in these sectors. Sabine will be participating in panel discussions at Sydney Build sharing her insights and industry know-how.

She is the Head of the Representative Office in Australia for the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA), which is a public administration institution subordinated to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia. Her role includes working as an economic advisor to promote international trade between Latvia and Australia as well as facilitating investments to Latvia. Since taking on this role at the end of 2022, Sabine has been actively involved in numerous international collaboration projects, facilitated the arrival of several company delegations from Latvia, assisted companies in registering their businesses in Australia, and is currently working with Australian companies to establish manufacturing facilities in Latvia.

The sector benefits from a highly skilled workforce, a favourable business climate, and access to advanced technologies, making Latvia an attractive destination for foreign investment and international partnerships.
