Sam Davidson is Deicorp’s Retail Design Manager. He has over ten years of experience in Australia and the United Kingdom on award-winning residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects. Graduating with a Master of Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney, Sam worked at Sydney architectural practice Turner before transitioning to design management and working for companies ranging from main contractors, UK housing associations and property developers. While working in the United Kingdom, Sam contributed towards the BIM 4 Housing Associations Toolkit and the Golden Thread Initiative established in 2020 by L&Q and DLUHC (formerly MHCLG). Alongside his design management experience, Sam also has extensive client-side experience implementing and scaling BIM across a large portfolio of projects.
