Sam is a Diversity and Social Inclusion leader who is passionate about driving business change, championing equality and making a difference in the communities we work. She has 10 years’ experience in infrastructure, engineering, and the construction space across the people and culture remit. Currently driving the D&SI strategy at UGL Sam is a strong advocate for Gender Equality and overall workplace inclusion. This includes Veterans, the LGBTIQ+ community, those living with a disability, migrants and refugees and the long term unemployed. Through her career Sam has been focused on developing high performing teams and individuals, and believes a diverse workforce is fundamental delivering the iconic projects she has been involved with. Busy driving the inclusive culture at UGL, Sam advocates that all employees should be able to bring their whole selves to work!
