Tamara has led safety cultural change in high-risk organisations for over 20 years. An outspoken champion for women in construction – especially those in operational and non-traditional roles – Tamara’s committed to ensuring psychological safety is deemed as important as physical safety.

Tamara is passionate about both cultural change and the psychology of risk. She’s worked closely with executive leaders and supervisors to drive positive transformational safety improvements – achieved by enabling senior stakeholder accountability and ownership. Tamara is one of the driving forces creating a more transparent reporting culture in the construction industry, which has resulted in a significant decrease in actual harm and lag indicators.
