Yazid Ninsalam

Yazid is Associate Director and leads McGregor Coxall's city research and development discipline, the Biourbanism Lab. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Architecture, combing with his expertise in satellite and aerial imagery, LiDAR, and geospatial analysis to create resilient, prosperous outcomes for communities of scale. The Biourbanism Lab applies McGregor Coxall's Biourbanism model to enhance resilience and decarbonise cities, delivering solutions that combat competing pressures of urban development and climate variability. An alumnus of the Singapore-ETH Centre's Future Cities Laboratory, his team delivers spatially enabled digital twins to close the feedback loop between design and execution of natural and built assets.
