With a passion for Design, Detailing and Construction since a young age, Ashley has at long last found her career in Design Management. After introduction into the Construction Industry with Momentum Built from her start in Architecture, Ashley had the opportunity to deliver a huge variety of projects including Schools, Commercial and Residential projects. This exposure honed her skills in forecasting, negotiation and construction detailing until it was time to move her family to Newcastle. Newcastle presented Ashley with her current position with Richard Crookes Construction and the opportunity to be a part of the delivery of the East End Stage 1 Precinct. As Contracts Administrator and now Design Manager, Ashley has now completed the QT Newcastle project and commenced working on an Aged Care facility. Ashley has developed a strong and supportive network of industry relationships, as well as an abundance of experience and skills within the industry which is demonstrated through her ever-growing portfolio and strengthening technical expertise within a dynamic industry.

Statement:

I believe the main factor pushing the change we need is everyone showing, even in tiny ways, a regular desire for the industry to be as inclusive as possible. Every one of us has the ability to improve things with simple, daily activities.
