Chris has over 13 years' experience as a town planning consultant, specialising in CBD tower projects, State Significant Development and design competitions across the residential and commercial sectors, with extensive experience throughout the Sydney metro region. Chris' expertise in statutory planning and his strong relationships in Government has allowed him to navigate some of the Sydney’s most high-profile projects through the complex NSW planning system, mitigating risk and maximising project outcomes.

Chris’ expertise includes advising from the early acquisition and due diligence phase, through to advising on concept development and planning strategy in the pre-approval phase, and managing the statutory planning approval phase.

Chris is a Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP), a member of the Planning Institute of Australia (MPIA) and a member of the UDIA Make Planning Work Committee.
