Harry Stonehill
Harry is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience across a range of sectors, including aviation, rail, residential, pumped hydro, and mixed-use developments. He has gained this experience through his leadership of civil engineering teams and project management on complex multidisciplinary projects. Harry has also developed high levels of competency in communication and coordination with clients, stakeholders, and design teams. He believes in building collaborative networks and empowering people to innovate, resulting in the successful running of projects.
Currently, Harry leads the Engineering and Design team for SNC-Lavalin in Australia. He has experience of framework management and key account client management, and is a strong believer in the importance of building long-term collaborative relationships. He recently completed an MSt in Construction Engineering at the University of Cambridge, with a thesis on collaboration in design teams.
In addition to collaboration, Harry has a strong interest in infrastructures role in achieving Net Zero. In his previous role at Atkins in the UK, he was the Net Zero technical lead for the Design and Advanced Technology practice, where Harry drove carbon management across their Engineering project portfolio.
