Hock has extensive experience in the planning, design and management of major transport and infrastructure projects in Australia and throughout Asia. He has hands-on design and modelling experience across various disciplines, from landside and airside/seaside geometric design and heavy duty rigid pavement design. He was involved with client liaison, proposal preparation, project management, design coordination, financial management and documentation of detailed and conceptual designs of major infrastructure projects.

The client could tap into Hock’s broad civil engineering expertise and obtain the best and the most cost-effective outcome, from a practical practitioner that has gone through the whole project cycle; from planning to concept and detail design, tender evaluation, construction supervision through to final commissioning.

Prior to commencing at Stantec, Hock delivered various major infrastructure projects within and outside of Australia, held various Senior Project Management and Design Management roles for a range of leading engineering consultancies.
