Janelle Goulding is the Director, Affordable Housing at Landcom. She has a strong background in property, housing and development spanning the private and public sectors, having held executive level roles such as CEO for City West Housing and General Manager, Thrive Homes, and AV Jennings Homes NSW.

Key career highlights include refocusing and rebuilding the City West Housing model, delivering two award winning projects and cementing a long-term development pipeline for future affordable housing in NSW. Prior to this Janelle developed the Sale and Leaseback program for Defence Housing Australia achieving 1,400 sales in its first year of operation.
Janelle is passionate about housing affordability, including design and construction methodology.  Janelle is a past finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards, CEO of Year and has received a UDIA commendation for Women in Leadership.  She was also included in the 2016 Financial Review 100 Women of Influence Awards.
