I currently work as a Development Manager at Penrith City Council in Property Development and have a passion for project and construction management. Was a finalist for the 2022 UDIA NSW & Strata+ Women in Leadership Award for Excellence and recipient for the 2017 Woman of the year for Lindsay.

I have lived and breathed Local Government for over 10 years and have an in-depth knowledge from experiences in property development, corporate planning, project management and government grants. I am passionate about growth and change in this industry, to think outside the box and to also continue to motivate the women in and out of the construction industry to pursue their dreams.

Statement:

With new generations there will be more glass ceilings being shattered and more women feeling empowered enough to do the unexpected, like joining a male dominated field just to prove them all wrong. Don’t give up, no matter how many times you fall down. You can do this.
