A Principal in Integral Group’s Australian Sustainability team, Mary brings over 25 years of international and Australian experience. She has worked as an artist, architect, trainer, facilitator, project manager and management consultant. Combining innovative strategy with practical implementation, she works with her clients to articulate aspirations with clarity, define objectives with confidence, and deliver outcomes that build capability. She has shared this expertise in strategic advisory, visioning and objective setting, policy advisory and project applications.

She is a recognized leader in sustainability and regenerative practice. A founding director and past Chair of the Board of the Living Future Institute of Australia, Mary is passionate about reconciling humanity's relationship with the ecosystems we inhabit. She was named a Living Building Hero by the International Living Future Institute in 2014.
