Melinda Davis
Mel comes to the EWIT team with more than 15 years of experience delivering both Federal and State Government funded programs. Mel has most recently completed seven years working with Box Hill Institute as the Project Coordinator of both the Skills & Jobs Centre and Apprenticeship Support Officer Programs.
During her time in the Skills & Jobs Centre, Mel built from the ground up three Skills & Jobs Centre’s that provide an innovative and engaging service that now supports more than 500 individual clients and services over 2500 clients via workshops/events each quarter. Mel developed key stakeholder partnerships with Local Government, State Government bodies such as the Victorian Skills Authority and Apprenticeships Victoria, Federal Government Programs, LLEN’s, TAFE’s, DET and secondary schools and youth services providers.
To complement her experience, Mel holds a Bachelor of Business, Certificate IV in Career Development and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
