With a background in architecture, Michele is a talented urban designer with a passion for designing sustainable cities and precincts that will make a positive impact on people’s lives. Michele has worked in Sydney, London and Singapore on city-shaping projects across mixed-use, commercial, education, residential, transport and infrastructure sectors.

Over the course of her 25+ year career, Michele has brought valuable critical thinking skills to deliver complex projects for large renewal sites and emerging precincts. Her strength lies in unlocking the opportunities of each project. She has proven expertise working in a multidisciplinary environment, consulting with the community and collaborating with project stakeholders.

With a strategic mind and excellent communication skills, Michele continually pushes the boundaries of best-practice outcomes that are both implementable and commercially successful. Her portfolio includes high-profile and complex projects such as Central Station Renewal Precinct,  precinct design for the new Sydney Metro Western Sydney airport line, activation strategies for Sydney Olympic Park and renewal master plans for large social and affordable housing sites.
