Having worked in various areas of the construction industry for over 12 years, I have developed a passion for Construction and Design. During this time I have been involved in multiple facets of the business operations. I have even been known to offer assistance onsite to varying degrees. My current primary role is the day to day administration operation of the business, however I really do enjoy getting out of the office environment to be involved with onsite operations.

The purpose of my involvement is to assist in facilitating change to transform the image and remove cultural and societal barriers for Women in Construction through Innovative marketing.
