Orla comes with varied experience, skills and knowledge to include business development, tendering, sales, marketing, resourcing and stakeholder management. She started her career in the UK in architectural practice before moving into recruitment and successfully running the NSW rail business for one of the leading recruitment companies. Following this success, she drove business growth for two transport consultancies in succession.Orla has a strong focus on stakeholder consultation and effective commercial negotiation, using a customer-led approach complemented by an ability to relate to clients across organisational levels.Orla is passionate about the transport industry and is currently the Vice President for the Rail Track Association Australia (RTAA).
