Stacy Mitchell is a Program Director with 25 years experience in infrastructure & property projects. Stacy started his career as an Officer in the Royal Australian Engineers, Australian Army, and served on operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Stacy transitioned from the military to  focus on his professional interests which include property development, infrastructure and placemaking. Stacy has led significant projects such as the Circular Quay Renewal, Wynyard Walk pedestrian tunnel, Barangaroo Ferry Wharfs, Museum Station Upgrade and the Zero Emission Electric Buses (ZEB) program for NSW.
